ICECYL, the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León, is a regional public entity. Its digitalization unit is involved in two European projects: DIGIS3 (EDIH of Castilla y León) and Red Argos – Cybersecurity Node Network Project (RED ARGOS), part of the “RETECH: Territorial Networks for Technological Specialization” program of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, co-financed through the National Cybersecurity Institute of Spain (INCIBE), within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan – funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU.
The RED ARGOS project, coordinated by ICECYL and involving the regions of Andalusia and the Basque Country, aims primarily to contribute to the development and strengthening of the national cybersecurity ecosystem and to increase its overall adoption, especially by businesses. This is achieved through the creation of specialized capabilities, the networking of various regional cybersecurity nodes, and the implementation of different instruments for direct business support.
